• Quote2 is not a party to any contract between users
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services provided

Tradespeople may be required to complete a basic assessment to obtain "Verified" status. This status indicates completion of our internal checks only and does not guarantee quality, certification, or suitability.

Tradespeople using Quote2 are required to hold appropriate insurance, including public liability insurance. We may request proof of insurance but do not guarantee verification of all users.

All payments are arranged directly between homeowners and tradespeople. Quote2 does not handle payments and is not responsible for payment disputes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quote2 shall not be liable for:

• Any work carried out by tradespeople
• Any loss, damage, or disputes between users
• Any indirect or consequential losses

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Violate these Terms
• Engage in unlawful or harmful behaviour

All content on this website (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by or licensed to Quote2 and may not be copied or used without permission.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
